All necesary food items are prepared on the day of your event.
We offer a variety of menus suitable for any event including fresh hors d’oeuvres
(hot or cold), buffets of any type, grazing parties and served dinners.
We can provide and serve meals for any time of day, continental breakfasts,
brunches, hors d'oeuvres and dinners in buffet, served dinner and
station party styles.

Menus. We
offer specialty fare such as Mexican Fiesta, Italian, Western Barbecue,
Hawaiian Luau and Oriental. Our broad variety of foods offered are

pastry chefs can prepare for you scrumptous desserts that range from
our signature Tuxedo Strawberries,

choosing; by the pool, on a boat, in a tent, a banquet hall, in
a barn, or, at
the Auditorium Center in
Rochester, where we are the exclusive caterer.

qualified floral designer is most happy to assist you in creating
any special themes or decorations you may require. Because special
times deserve special attention, Black Tie Catering staff has the
talent and creativity to add a touch of class to any event using
fresh flowers, special fabrics and accessories.
Bar
Services. Black Tie Catering
is capable of providing fully licensed and fully
insured bars in coordination with our affiliated
company, Harro East Ballroom. We offer liquor,
beer, wine and soda full bar
services.
We offer
specialty
beverage services such as Champagne toasts, Martini
bars and non-alcoholic bars.
Valet Parking. Black
Tie Catering offers a further convenience few other companies
can…uniformed
valet parking services. Our captains will personally greet your
guests and supply them with any information they may need. We
also offer umbrellas to accommodate
your guests in case of inclement weather. All drivers are responsible,
bonded and insured.
Black Tie Owner Supervision. The
owner
of Black Tie Catering, Inc. will be on site for the duration
of your event.
Music. We offer one
of the finest disc jockeys and karaoke services in the area.
When You Prepare Your Own Menu. Black
Tie Catering can provide servers and/or bartenders to you when
you prefer to prepare your own menu. In addition to our bartending
service,
we can provide all necessary equipment for the bar.
We Can Bring Our Kitchen To You. We
can prepare hors d'oeuvres, meals and/or desserts in our company
owned production facilities, at your event venue, or on-site in
our mobile kitchen.
