		Black Tie provides professional service to business and private individuals throughout Upstate New York. Our catering services are available for any occasion, any theme, at any location.

Whether your guest list is 10 or 2,000+ and the event is indoors or outdoors, daytime or nightime, our staff of professional chefs, professional servers, professional bartenders, and professional valet's will make your Black Tie Catering experience one that you and your guests will remember forever.

Our services are complete from beginning to end. Our owner will assist you in planning your affair, taking your tastes, ideas and budget into consideration. We will come in and set up and when it is time to cleanup, you just sit back and relax… after all you deserve it.

Exceptional Food

All necesary food items are prepared on the day of your event.

We offer a variety of traditional and specialty menus suitable for any event including fresh hors d’oeuvres (hot or cold), buffets of any type, grazing parties, and served dinners. Our selections of desserts and pastries are second to none.

We can provide and serve meals for any time of day, continental breakfasts, brunches, hors d'oeuvres and dinners in sit-down, buffet and station party styles.


Our culinary chefs are highly professional, motivated and creative.They are trained to bring you excellence in food and a pleasant dining experience for any occasion. Food preparation may be done in Black Tie's 5,000 square foot production facility, in our mobile kitchen, or on-site according to the demands of the event and the wishes of the host.

Service a la Carte

Black Tie Catering can also provide servers and/ or bartenders to you when you prefer to prepare your own menu. In addition to our bartending service, we can provide all necessary equipment for the bar.

Each member of our service staff's attire is consistent from wait staff to bartenders. The presentation of our uniforms can be elegant with tuxedo pants, tuxedo shirts, vests, white gloves and bow ties, to matching golf shirts for the casual barbecue.

Because special times deserve special attention, Black Tie Catering staff has the talent and creativity to add a touch of class to any event using fresh flowers, special fabrics and accessories.

General Information

Service Charges

A 20% service charge and all applicable new york state sales tax will be applied to all quoted food and beverage prices.

Guarantees

Final payment is due 3 days prior to the event, unless prior arrangements have been made. Your final guarantee guest count must be received 10 business days prior to the event date. The guest count is not subject to reduction after this period. Additions are permitted for an additional fee.
