General Information

Service Charges

A 20% service charge and all applicable new york state sales tax will be applied to all quoted food and beverage prices.

Guarantees

Final payment is due 3 days prior to the event, unless prior arrangements have been made. Your final guarantee guest count must be received 10 business days prior to the event date. The guest count is not subject to reduction after this period. Additions are permitted for an additional fee.

Licenses & Permits

Black Tie Catering is capable of providing a fully licensed and fully insured bar. Alcoholic beverage services are provided by our affiliated company, Harro East Ballroom.
